This has been so helpful for me! I have to be careful of high histamine count and gluten.

This is a great app for those that need a specialty diet like low FODMAP or low histamine. It also has a decent list of food allergies. I use this app personally, as well as recommending it to my clients.

I've tried all of the paid apps for salicylate intolerance and this app is by far the best. What makes it so good is that the app author finds the latest research for each food and CITES it. That's important because most literature on salicylate intolerance is outdated. By sourcing the latest information, I've been able to find foods that weren't otherwise avaialble to me because of outdated research, such as corn, which formerly was regarded as high in salicyclates.

I wish there were more targeted intolerances; caffeine, vinegar, etc. I'm trying to find an app that will let me x out what I can't have to see what I can have.

Incredibly useful if you are tackling Hives/Urticaria by avoiding histamine. There's a lot of conflicting information online, and this app seems the most based on scientific research -based. Other intolerance such as gluten are also listed.

Useful filtering feature based on chosen sensitivity type.

8.21 STILL appreciating this app! It has saved me a few times! --- It's a good start for me and worth the purchase. Surprising number of foods are missing. Looking forward to regular updates. The extra clinical info in the notes on many foods are very helpful.

I have mast cell activation syndrome; returning because it's not able to be individualized. Otherwise it's a very nice, clear app that's user friendly. There are notes under several entries with detailed information, but not all.

So so helpful. The most comprehensive list I've found. Color coded and with explanations for most items.

Laura Eliza

Great app overall and super helpful. It would be perfect if it had an option for glutamic acid and migraine triggers
